Mark Chamber emails as “Not Spam” if they land in your junk folder
Check your Promotions folder regularly
Ask your IT provider to whitelist our email address if needed
We can only communicate information you receive. Taking a moment to adjust your settings helps ensure nothing important is missed.

Yes. Chamber memberships are renewed annually at the beginning of the year. Renewal reminders and deadlines are shared through email, mail, and the monthly newsletter. Staying renewed ensures uninterrupted access to member benefits, promotion opportunities, and Chamber programs.

No. Participation is always optional. Members are encouraged to engage in the ways that best fit their business, schedule, and goals. Whether you attend events regularly or engage more behind the scenes, your membership is valued.

We serve more than 100 Chamber members, and sharing weekly content for every business would quickly overwhelm our platforms and reduce visibility for everyone. Instead, we offer structured opportunities that allow all members a fair chance to be featured while keeping our content strategic, balanced, and effective.

Content collaborations are opt-in only. Members who complete the Content Collaboration Opt-In form are rotated through opportunities throughout the year. If you did not opt in, you won’t be contacted - and that’s completely okay. Opting in ensures we’re only reaching out to members who want to participate.
