In addition to the newsletter, we send emails when information is timely or requires action, including:

Sometimes emails land in spam or promotion folders. A few simple steps can help ensure you receive Chamber communications:

  • Add our email address to your contacts

  • Mark Chamber emails as “Not Spam” if they land in your junk folder

  • Check your Promotions folder regularly

  • Ask your IT provider to whitelist our email address if needed

We can only communicate information you receive. Taking a moment to adjust your settings helps ensure nothing important is missed.

  • Yes. Chamber memberships are renewed annually at the beginning of the year. Renewal reminders and deadlines are shared through email, mail, and the monthly newsletter. Staying renewed ensures uninterrupted access to member benefits, promotion opportunities, and Chamber programs.

  • No. Participation is always optional. Members are encouraged to engage in the ways that best fit their business, schedule, and goals. Whether you attend events regularly or engage more behind the scenes, your membership is valued.

  • The Chamber works to:

    Many of these efforts happen behind the scenes and benefit the entire business community, not just individual businesses.

  • Board members are business leaders and community members who are interested in supporting the Chamber’s mission and helping guide its work.   • We serve more than 100 Chamber members, and sharing weekly content for every business would quickly overwhelm our platforms and reduce visibility for everyone. Instead, we offer structured opportunities that allow all members a fair chance to be featured while keeping our content strategic, balanced, and effective.

  • A quarterly limit helps ensure:

    • Every member has equal access to promotion

    • Our content remains diverse and engaging

    • The Chamber feed doesn’t become a nonstop advertising board

    • We can plan content intentionally rather than reactively

    With 100+ members, limits are necessary to serve everyone well.

  • Stay connected through all of our official channels:

    • Watch for email updates with deadlines and reminders

    • Sign up for Chamber text alerts

    • Check the Member Hub and Recent News section regularly

    If emails are going to spam, adding our address to your contacts or whitelisting it with your IT provider usually solves the issue.

  • Content collaborations are opt-in only. Members who complete the Content Collaboration Opt-In form are rotated through opportunities throughout the year. If you did not opt in, you won’t be contacted - and that’s completely okay. Opting in ensures we’re only reaching out to members who want to participate.
