This form is used to request promotion of a major announcement or event on Chamber social media.
What This Form Is For
Major business announcements
Community-facing events
Milestones, launches, or significant updates
It is not intended for:
Weekly or recurring promotions
Routine sales or rotating specials
Last-minute requests
Each Chamber member may request one announcement OR one event per quarter for social media promotion (up to four total per calendar year)
What to Expect
We understand that events and announcements are often time sensitive, and we will do everything in our power to share your request in a timely manner.
To help make this possible, please submit your announcement or event at least two weeks prior to the date you hope it will be shared.
Once submitted:
Requests are reviewed and added to our planning queue
Content is scheduled where it best fits within the Chamber’s monthly social media calendar
Specific posting dates are not guaranteed
Not every request can be accommodated due to timing, volume, or calendar limitations
Our goal is to promote member updates in a way that feels intentional, effective, and fair for everyone. This approach allows us to maintain consistency and reach.
Important Reminder
Submitting an announcement or event through this form is the only way to be considered for Chamber social media promotion. We do not monitor individual business pages or accept promotion requests through email or social media messages.
