Chamber member Energy Center Yoga & Wellness is offering a new workplace wellness opportunity for local businesses and organizations.

Workplace Restore & Reset is a private four-week series for groups of up to 15 employees, featuring gentle beginner-friendly movement, breathing and stress-management practices, restorative relaxation, aromatherapy, sound healing and simple practices employees can take with them beyond the sessions.

The four-session series is $750 and is hosted at Energy Center Yoga & Wellness in downtown Carlinville. October Friday mornings and November dates are currently available.
