Planning something special this holiday season?
If your business, organization, church, school or community group is planning a holiday event or special experience that is open to the public, tell us about it!
We'll be bringing holiday happenings together in one place on the Carlinville community calendar and in our Christmas season visitor information.
Submit your events by October 30 to be considered for inclusion in our printed Christmas events calendar.
Miss the deadline? Send it anyway! Events submitted after October 30 can still be added to our online calendar throughout the season.
WHAT EVENTS TO SUBMIT
Holiday open houses, shopping events, performances, workshops, Santa visits, family activities, special dining experiences, Christmas parties open to the public, tours, markets, fundraisers, light displays and other seasonal experiences are all welcome.
If it's something the public can come experience this Christmas season, we want to know about it.
A few things to know
Events must be open to the public and take place in or directly serve the Carlinville community. Submission does not guarantee inclusion in printed materials or promotional posts. Event organizers are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying the Chamber of any changes or cancellations.
Printed calendar deadline: October 30, 2026
Online submissions will continue to be accepted throughout the holiday season.
